Seamless gutters formed on site, guards, repairs and color matching. Protecting local homes since 2011.
Inside & Out installs, replaces and repairs gutters for homes across Denton, Collin, Dallas and Tarrant Counties. We form seamless gutters on site to fit your home exactly, which removes the joints where leaks normally start, and we work in aluminum, vinyl and zinc depending on what suits the property. We also fit gutter guards and leaf screens, and paint and color-match gutters to your trim. Family-owned in Denton since 2011, with a 5.0 Google rating and an A+ Better Business Bureau rating. Assessments are free.
Sectional gutters are joined every few feet, and every joint is a place water can find its way out once the sealant ages. Seamless gutters are formed on site from a single length of material and cut to the exact run of your house, so the only joints on the whole system are at the corners and the downspout outlets.
In practice that means far fewer points that can fail, and much less maintenance over the life of the system. It is also why we form them at your property rather than fitting stock lengths cut to approximate size.
We paint and color-match gutters to your trim or siding, so the system looks like part of the house rather than something added to it. Because we also do exterior painting, gutters, trim and siding can be brought into one scheme.
Our most popular choice for Denton homes. Fabricated on site to the exact length of each run, rust resistant, and available in a wide range of colors to match your trim.
A cost-effective, low-maintenance option that suits some properties and budgets well.
A premium option chosen for longevity and the natural patina it develops over time.
Fitted to reduce debris build-up and the number of cleanouts a system needs each year.
Two things: we integrate the gutter underneath the roof’s drip edge rather than hanging it off the fascia, and we miter the corners by hand on site instead of using prefabricated strip-miter sections. The first decides where water goes. The second decides how the gutter line looks and how many seams can fail later.
Neither appears on a quote. Two estimates can both say seamless gutters, use the same material and land on a similar price while describing very different work.
Where conditions allow, we install gutters so they sit behind and underneath the roof’s drip edge rather than simply hanging off the fascia. It sounds like a small detail. It decides where water goes.
Installed correctly, water runs down the roof, over the drip edge and into the gutter. Installed without that integration, some of that water gets behind the gutter and runs down the face of the fascia board instead. You do not see it happening, because it happens behind the gutter. What you eventually see is soft or rotting fascia, paint failing along the gutter line, and staining down the wall below.
That is one of the most common causes of fascia damage we are called out to repair, and it usually traces back to how the gutters were hung rather than to the gutters themselves.
Most gutter installations use large prefabricated strip-miter sections at the corners — a pre-made piece dropped in where two runs meet. It is quicker, and it leaves a bulky corner with more seams than it needs.
We cut and miter our corners together on site instead. The corner reads as a continuous line rather than an add-on piece, there are fewer seams, and fewer seams means fewer places for a joint to fail later. On a house where the gutter line runs across the front elevation, the difference is visible from the street.
Most homeowners have no reason to know these details exist, which means they cannot ask about them when they are comparing quotes. We would rather explain what we do and let you decide whether it matters than compete only on the number at the bottom of the page.

Communication was excellent. Ben Chartrand came out to my house to assess an issue; he was professional, helpful, honest, and truly interested in making sure I was directed to the right specialists for interior framing. I so appreciated his expertise and his integrity. If this is how they treat a non-paying customer, I can only imagine the level of excellence for contracted work. This business is definitely staying on my future call-back list! Highly recommend.Posted on Google Bob KnippTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our church (Messiah Lutheran Church) had metal roofs and gutters that needed repair or replacement as well as other work done around the church. Based on the detailed inspection the contractor showed us photos of the problem areas and proposed a detailed list of repairs along with an estimate...and we hired them. The repairs that were needed to stop leaks and keep out squirrels were more extensive than could be discerned by a simple inspection. As they opened up the metal roof panels the extent of the repairs needed became apparent. Inside & Out and their subcontractor did not believe in just patching the areas that were leaking with sealant but actually replaced some metal panels, reinforced areas of the roof and reconfigured how the panels were attached to the structure. As a result, the roof over the fellowship hall is no longer leaking; and the squirrels are no longer gaining access to the attic over the sanctuary. Sections of gutters were replaced or repaired; and the ceiling of the sanctuary was repaired and repainted. Finally, the metal cross on the church building was repainted. I want to highly recommend Inside & Out Roofing, Painting & Gutters LLC to anyone wanting to have work properly and well done and at a reasonable price.Posted on Google Torrance BakerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Seamless aluminum is the standard choice for Denton homes because it will not rust, handles the expansion and contraction of a Texas summer well, and is formed on site to the exact length of each run so there are far fewer joints to fail. Zinc is the premium option where longevity matters most.
Yes. Seamless aluminum comes in a wide range of colors, and we also offer gutter painting and color matching if you want an exact match to existing trim or siding.
Usually because water is getting behind the gutter rather than into it. If the gutter was hung on the fascia without being integrated under the drip edge, part of the runoff tracks down the fascia board every time it rains. Replacing the wood without correcting how the gutter meets the roof means the same thing happens again.
A strip miter is a large prefabricated corner piece dropped in where two gutter runs meet. A hand-mitered corner is cut and joined on site so the two runs read as one continuous line. Hand mitering takes longer, looks cleaner from the ground, and leaves fewer seams that can fail over time.
