Roofing and Storm Damage
I had discovered some repairs that needed immediate attention on my home. I called Inside and Out and Ben responded quickly. The quote for the repairs was extremely reasonable. I ended up asking for a quote to paint the house at the same time. Again, very reasonable... The repairs were perfect. They did more than I expected. Painted the garage door and gutters and the down spouts were hand painted. The crew was very polite and respectful of the home and my needs... While Ben was there, he looked at my roof and informed me that my roof was fine. And I have been in the house for seven years going on eight. I dare say other companies may have tried to hit me up for a new roof. After the work was complete Ben followed up and wanted to make sure that if there was ANYTHING I was not happy with to let him know. I highly recommend Inside and Out. The outside of my home looks new, and I could not be happier.
Ben and his team are a class act from start to finish! I received an immediate response to my email requesting information on a roof repair. Within 24 hours, Ben came out, gave us a written quote with detailed pictures of where our roof was compromised, and had a crew on site in days. Of course Mother Nature decided to let the rain pour on our parched Texas soil the very day that the repair was originally scheduled, but we were promptly updated via text and email with any scheduling changes due to the weather. After the repair was completed, I received texts thanking us for our business and ensuring that we were completely satisfied with the workmanship! Ben also included photos of the repairs. Finally, a sweet gift and thank you card came in the mail! We will never use a different company! Inside & Out Roofing, Painting, and Gutters is our choice from now on.
We had a great experience with Ben the owner of Inside and Out Remodeling and Roofing. Ben and his crew were very prompt and efficient in doing the roof replacement we needed. All the work was done as stated and clean-up was very good. I would highly recommend this company for any future work. His service was excellent and they were on time. He also provided us warranty on their work. Ben was also super courteous and knowledgeable. I will be keeping his number handy for the next time I need any repairs or roof replacement.
Inside & Out Remodeling and Roofing was an excellent choice for our roofing project. While the project is still in progress, to date they have been professional, courteous and extremely responsive to all of our questions and requirements. Ben has been available for all aspects of the project, and we have complete confidence that they will execute this project to our complete satisfaction. They have also handled all of the insurance correspondence, making things much easier for us. We highly recommend Inside & Out Roofing.
Ben from Inside & out had been truly and consistently professional since day one of contact. Quality workmanship, courteous to deal with, and timely completion. They installed a new gabled patio in my backyard and tied it into my home roof. I must say the product came out even better than I had envisioned. Excellent overall experience! I wish them the best!!
Interior and Exterior Painting
Being an owner of a service company myself, I know how challenging and competitive it can be to win over a customer. Its not about what you can deliver, its about how you deliver and delivering beyond your customers expectations. Inside & Out Roofing does both of those. Ben and his crew are professional, reliable, and confident in their ability to succeed in the work that they proclaim they can do. Ben is very clear in the customers direction and oversees the job in person. His crew is diligent in their work ethic and gets the job done, clean, crisp and like new. Not only would I not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone for painting services, I am working with them to paint the outside trim of my home as well.
We are thrilled with our new improved home!!! Ben was great to work with. He was very professional and had fantastic advice for our paint job. The crew seemed very experienced and did a wonderful job. They prepped all the areas very well. We upgraded to the top of the line Behr Dynasty paint and are glad we did. Painters worked 8-4:30 daily and worked very hard the whole time they were here. When they were finished they cleaned up everything very well and put everything back - some things in different places than they were - and we actually like their placement better. Thanks for the decorating tips!
Awesome experience with Ben and the whole crew! It was nerve-wracking to do a large (entire house!) exterior siding replacement, repair, and paint job, especially because I had only found them through Angie's List and got lots of estimates...but we're so happy with how everything went! Ben listened to what our goals were and offered insight on how to reach them. He was very patient and communicative. Our house looks amazing! Crew worked diligently and ensured our house was sealed when weather happened in the middle of the project. They definitely take pride in the work they do. I look forward to using them again for other projects.
Another excellent exterior paint job by Ben and his crew at Inside & Out! And they were so cooperative and helpful to ensure that any and all issues were handled promptly to our satisfaction! This is the second time we've used them for our exterior painting, and they also did our roof replacement several years ago. We will be calling Ben again the next time we need painting or roofing.
Such a great team of people who do quality work. We had this company fix another company's mistake. Inside & Out is truly a well trusted company for detail to attention and perfection AND they even chaulked cracks!! Like WOW! I am truly satisfied with their work! Inside & Out was quick to pick a premium exterior color that brightens our house and we LOVE it! They CANNOT do wrong! Thank you again!
Gutters, remodeling and Other Projects
I had them come out and quote me for adding some gutters and some roof repair. They had a good price and did the work quickly and did a great job. They also detailed in their quote all the parts they would be using so could see exactly what I would be paying for. The other quotes I had only gave me basic details and a price. I greatly appreciated the details! They were all nice and I would highly recommend this company.
So grateful for Ben and his team's help on our recent conversion of an extra room into a bedroom. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism throughout the process is second-to-none. Ben made sure we were kept up-to-date throughout the entire process and worked to ensure timely completion. We are so thankful to know that we'll never need to look for another company for any painting, roofing, or other home improvement projects.
Ben and his team did excellent work for us on two separate jobs. Last Fall, they painted walls and ceilings throughout our home. In Feb, they took out old floors and installed new flooring. Their attention to detail was great, and Ben was on site daily to manage the progress. I'd highly recommend them.
