We are thrilled with our new improved home!!! Ben was great to work with. He was very professional and had fantastic advice for our paint job. The crew seemed very experienced and did a wonderful job. They prepped all the areas very well. We upgraded to the top of the line Behr Dynasty paint and are glad we did. Painters worked 8-4:30 daily and worked very hard the whole time they were here. When they were finished they cleaned up everything very well and put everything back - some things in different places than they were - and we actually like their placement better. Awesome experience with Ben and the whole crew! It was nerve-wracking to do a large (entire house!) exterior siding replacement, repair, and paint job, especially because I had only found them through Angie's List and got lots of estimates...but we're so happy with how everything went! Ben listened to what our goals were and offered insight on how to reach them. He was very patient and communicative. Our house looks amazing! Crew worked diligently and ensured our house was sealed when weather happened in the middle of the project. They definitely take pride in the work they do. I had them come out and quote me for adding some gutters and some roof repair. They had a good price and did the work quickly and did a great job. They also detailed in their quote all the parts they would be using so could see exactly what I would be paying for. The other quotes I had only gave me basic details and a price. I greatly appreciated the details! They were all nice and I would highly recommend this company.

I had discovered some repairs that needed immediate attention on my home. I called Inside and Out and Ben responded quickly. The quote for the repairs was extremely reasonable. I ended up asking for a quote to paint the house at the same time. Again, very reasonable. I needed the work done quick and Ben responded to my needs. I got home on Monday and saw that they had power washed the house and got the prep work done. I pulled up on Tuesday and WOW. This crew was after it. Ben was in the yard looking at the progress and his crew supervisor was on top of it. The repairs were perfect. They did more than I expected. Painted the garage door and gutters and the down spouts were hand painted. The crew was very polite and respectful of the home and my needs. When they were done any trash was gone, they put my patio furniture and heavy plants back on the patio where I wanted and asked me if there was anything they missed. They paid attention to detail and my home was beautiful. The caulking was clean and crisp around the windows, no overspray anywhere, and the painted repairs and seems in the gables on the roof areas flowed from one section to another. While Ben was there, he looked at my roof and informed me that my roof was fine. And I have been in the house for seven years going on eight. I dare say other companies may have tried to hit me up for a new roof. After the work was complete Ben followed up and wanted to make sure that if there was ANYTHING I was not happy with to let him know. I highly recommend Inside and Out. I have absolutely no problem referring them to anyone. Most of all I would call them again if the need should arise. The outside of my home looks new, and I could not be happier.

Ben and his team are a class act from start to finish! I received an immediate response to my email requesting information on a roof repair. Within 24 hours, Ben came out, gave us a written quote with detailed pictures of where our roof was compromised, and had a crew on site in days. Of course Mother Nature decided to let the rain pour on our parched Texas soil the very day that the repair was originally scheduled, but we were promptly updated via text and email with any scheduling changes due to the weather. After the repair was completed, I received texts thanking us for our business and ensuring that we were completely satisfied with the workmanship! Ben also included photos of the repairs. Finally, a sweet gift and thank you card came in the mail! We will never use a different company! Inside & Out Roofing, Painting, and Gutters is our choice from now on.

Another excellent exterior paint job by Ben and his crew at Inside & Out! And they were so cooperative and helpful to ensure that any and all issues were handled promptly to our satisfaction! This is the second time we've used them for our exterior painting, and they also did our roof replacement several years ago. We will be calling Ben again the next time we need painting or roofing.
